 Optical Design Services
 DBM Reflex has developed SimopticTM, its proprietary predictive
software. Not only does Simoptic render a truly representative,
optical performance simulation, it offers a very detailed insight
on light distribution patterns as well as the lit appearance of
the end product.
Furthermore, SimopticTM is fully linked to CATIA V5, thus
enabling the rapid and accurate analysis of proposed designs
as well as subsequent iterations and alternative developments.
Prototypes and production tools
Manufacturing of your optical prototypes, inserts and tools,
is done with the latest machining technology such as high speed
machining, five-axis machining and diamond cutting.
We have also a complete electronic lab, well equipped with all
necessary instruments were it can perform prototype assembly
and testing. Once we design products we can have them certified
according to UL, ULC or CSA standards.
Part production
In house molding facilities, optical lab and electronic lab
validate designs to commence production while ensuring that the
properties of your design are retained.
